The TFT Pro/Pak provides a complete foam storage, injection and application system in a small unit that you can carry on any type of apparatus. The unit works with Class A and Class B foams as well as gels and wetting agents. The unit also works with three different types of nozzles and can be bought with various other options such as longer hoses, piercing nozzles, mounting brackets and other adapters.
The unit comes with a 2.5-gallon tank with a built in educator that can be set from 1 percent to 6 percent foam ratio depending on what type of foam or agent is used. The flow is regulated by the twist grip valve and carry handle. The foam is discharged by a low-pressure, straight-stream nozzle for longer reach; a low-expansion nozzle for Class A and Class B foam where reach is more important than flow; and a medium-expansion nozzle for dense foam.
The neat little unit can make 15,000 gallons of foam at 1 percent with one tank and use only 250 gallons of water in about 21 minutes.
The product is easy to clean and maintain. Also, it will not clog eductor’s or foam tanks when used with an apparatus-mounted foam system.
