Firefighter cancer nonprofit’s ‘A Celebration of Survivors’ gala marks 10th anniversary of service and support for firefighters and their families
The Firefighter Cancer Support Network (FCSN) invites you to attend our 10th anniversary “A Celebration of Survivors” gala dinner and fundraiser on Saturday, November 7, 2015, at the Long Beach Hilton.
Since 2005, FCSN has helped thousands of firefighters and their families cope with cancer. We hope you’ll join us for a memorable evening with cocktails, dinner, silent and live auctions, and special acoustic performances by John Waite and Risa Binder.

John Waite scored huge hits as lead singer for The Babys (“Isn’t It Time,” “Every Time I Think of You,” “Midnight Rendezvous”) and as a solo act (“Change,” the multi-platinum “Missing You”). Risa Binder is a rising singer/songwriter who released a well-reviewed debut CD called “Paper Heart” in 2013. She moved to Nashville and released an EP titled “Nashville” last year. The EP includes “Ready to Fall,” “Burning Down the Dark,” and “Gotta Have You,” which reached #25 on Sirius XM’s The Highway last summer.
