SHELBY, N.C. — HURST Jaws of Life will demonstrate its eDRAULIC tools during the Fire Department Instructors Conference in Indianapolis, showing how the battery-powered rescue tools can spread and cut the ultra-high-strength steel of cars donated by Tesla. Rescue specialists will highlight best practices and tool performance during the demonstrations.

HURST eDraulic tools include cutters, spreaders, combi tools and a ram.

  • Cutters: S 799E2, S 788E2, S 377E2
  • Spreaders: SP 777E2, SP 555E2, SP 333E2
  • Combi Tools: SC 757E2, SC 358E2, SC 258E2
  • Ram: R 421E2

The tools require no hoses or power unit.

The demonstrations will take place at the HURST booth, #1832 in Exhibit Hall D on Thursday, April 11 at 1:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.; Friday, April 12 at 12:45 p.m. and 3:15 p.m.; and Saturday, April 13 at 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
