1,000°F rated hose now automatic upgrade from MagneGrip Exhaust Removal Systems

Sponsored by

CINCINNATI — MagneGrip Exhaust Removal Systems now includes a 1,000°F-rated lower hose section on all exhaust removal systems. In response to higher temperatures generated by current fire apparatus, the new lower blue hose section is an automatic upgrade from the 400°F constant/500°F intermittent rated hose.

All MagneGrip high temperature hoses are comprised of two sections and use a combination of materials designed for rugged durability. The upper section is flexible and attaches to the track system; the lower, stiffer two-foot section connects to the tailpipe nozzle and is designed to prevent bending or kinking. Both standard and higher temperature blue hoses are designed to fit all fire apparatus tailpipe connections.

MagneGrip offers the easiest to use, most problem-free and lowest maintenance exhaust removal systems available. The patented magnetic nozzle provides an airtight seal and is 100% effective in removing exhaust emissions.
