FireRescue1 Executive Editor Chief Marc Bashoor sits down with Fire Department Safety Officers Association Executive Director Rich Marinucci at Fire Rescue International to discuss the latest FDSOA programs and initiatives.

The primary goal of the FDSOA is to provide programs that make being a firefighter safer, whether it’s on the fireground, or through maintaining their health and lifestyle Marinucci notes.

“We talk often about “everybody goes home at the end of the call,” but our real goal is not only to go home safely but to be able to last well into your retirement,” Marinucci tells Bashoor.
