Working in sweltering heat is common for us especially inside a burning house. But when the outside temperatures are extremely high, we need to take extra precautions against heat-related illness.

One important precaution is to remain hydrated all day. This means drinking a lot of water over the course of the shift or working day. This will ensure the body has enough water to protect itself from heat cramps or even heat exhaustion.
