CHANTILLY, Va. — A partnership between the International Association of Fire Chiefs and American Military University was recently expanded.
In a press release, IAFC announced that the partnership was expanded to another year, which means that the organization will be able to promote AMU’s educational services to its 12,000-plus members while AMU will provide expertise to fire chiefs at IAFC conferences.
“The IAFC is pleased to continue our strong partnership with American Military University,” IAFC president Chief Thomas Jenkins said. “AMU brings an invaluable high level of expertise and teaching skills before our members which benefits our association and the entire fire and emergency service.”
Conferences AMU will be attending in support of IAFC include Fire-Rescue International, International Hazardous Materials Response Teams Conference, conneXions and VCOS Symposium in the Sun.
