PHILADELPHIA — A firefighter was hurt Tuesday after falling from a roof while battling a blaze.
ABC6 reported that the unnamed firefighter was part of a crew battling a blaze at a two-story rowhome when he fell 20 feet from the roof.
The firefighter was transported in stable condition to the hospital. Officials said he suffered a head injury from the fall.
No one else was injured in the fire. It was unclear if anyone was inside the home when the fire broke out.
