DALLAS — The daughter of a missing retired firefighter has not given up the search for him since he disappeared five months ago.
WFAA reported that Suzy Losoya is still looking for her father, retired Dallas firefighter Michael Chambers.
“It’s the last thing I think about at night,” Losoya said. “It’s the first thing I think about in the morning. We need answers. Obviously this case is more perplexing than the typical case.”
The last time Chambers, 70, was seen was captured on footage from a Wal-Mart parking lot. It appears he returned home, because his wallet, keys and truck were found there, as well as drops of blood behind a shed.
“My greatest fear is that someone has killed my father and has literally gotten away with murder. That’s my worst fear,” Losoya said. “I’m convinced this was a crime. I do not think this is just a missing person.”
Several searches were conducted, including a sonar search of local ponds.
