Louisville, Ky. firefighters, city settle state incentive pay

LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Local firefighters will soon be getting a little more money in their paychecks.

Late Friday afternoon, city leaders and the firefighters reached a deal on state incentive pay for training.

According to Louisville Mayor Jerry Abramson representative Kerri Richardson, the city had suspended that incentive pay last fall because metro government had additional costs to pay it.
