DARBY, Pa. — Firefighters rescued a person trapped on the roof of a house surrounded by water from a flooded creek on Friday.
Footage from the scene shows firefighters helping the person across an aerial ladder that was extended horizontally to serve as a bridge above flood waters.
The ladder was at least 12 feet above the waters, according to WTFX.
