Firefighters treat 7 kittens for smoke inhalation

BONITA SPRINGS, Fla. — Fire rescue officials treated seven kittens for minor smoke inhalation after they responded to a home that was potentially on fire in Bonita Springs.

Inside, fire rescuers found a house filled with smoke because of burning food left on the stove.

The News-Press reports rescuers removed the kittens from the home Sunday and gave them oxygen.
