FARMINGTON, Mo. — Six Missouri firefighters were injured when their apparatus rolled over on Sunday.
The firefighters were responding to a structure fire in a 1990 Pierce Pumper Tanker with lights and sirens on when it rolled over and was totaled, according to The Daily Journal.
Two firefighters were ejected in the accident after the right side wheels slipped off the road and the driver overcorrected.
The driver was airlifted after suffering serious injuries and the five other firefighters were treated and released for minor injuries.
