WINNIPEG, Canada — Two veteran Winnipeg firefighters died Sunday night fighting a house fire in the St. Boniface area.
Both victims were captains with over 30 years of service.
Four other firefighters were injured but escaped by leaping out the windows of the house said Russ Morrow, a union executive with the United Firefighters of Winnipeg.
