GLEN ROCK, N.J. — Two firefighters were transported to the hospital after falling through a floor during a house fire Monday night.
“When the crews went in, it looks like the fire was burning for quite a while,” Glen Rock Fire Chief Tom Jennings told NorthJersey.com. “They actually went through the floor into fire. Two of our members [from the Glen Rock Fire Department] pulled them out to safety when they went through the floor.”’
The firefighters suffered burns to their legs and hands; their injuries were not considered life-threatening.
