Ga. fire lieutenant, training instructor dies

HALL COUNTY, Ga. — A fire department is mourning the loss of a lieutenant who died Wednesday.

FOX5 Atlanta reported that Lt. Angie Davis died, but information has not been released on a cause of death.

“During her career with us she has been instrumental with the training of numerous recruit classes as well as departmental training in EMS and managed the department’s Explorer Program,” Hall County Fire Services said on Facebook.

Lt. Davis was a member of HCFS since 2014, and previously served with Clayton County Fire Department for 13 years, where she reached the rank of sergeant. She was also a training instructor for HCFS.
