NEW YORK — Five firefighters were hurt when their truck crashed into a building while en route to a call.
NY Post reported that the FDNY crew was on its way to a fire when the truck struck the side of an auto-parts warehouse and tore a 12-foot gash into the side of the building, according to officials.
One firefighter was transported to the hospital, and the other four injured crew members refused medical attention.
No civilians were hurt in the crash, which is currently under investigation.
