SAN JOSE, Calif. — A two-alarm fire at a mobile home in San Jose that injured three civilians and one firefighter this afternoon has been contained but not controlled, a fire captain said.
The blaze was reported at Monterey and Blossom Hill roads at about 2:30 p.m., San Jose fire Capt. Chuck Rangel said.
Three civilians and one firefighter suffered from burns. The civilians were transported to a hospital and the firefighter was treated and released at the scene, according to Rangel.
The fire has been contained but a control time had not yet been declared as of 4 p.m., he said.
The mobile home has been deemed uninhabitable, he said. The cause remains under investigation.
