Fire tears through 15 N.J. condos

No injuries or deaths have been reported as the blaze ripped through the condominium complex

CLINTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. — A 3-alarm fire at a condominium left 18 families homeless Clinton Township, New Jersey.

The fire broke out around 7 p.m. Saturday in a bush outside the Union Hill Condo Complex. The wind quickly fueled the flames, and the fire was still burning hours after the first flames.

Multiple fire departments reported to the scene. Fire Chief Walt Dorf said that in his three decades of fighting fires, he has never seen anything like this.
