DAGSBORO, Del. — A charity softball game for burn victims over the weekend turned into a fight involving several volunteer firefighters, including the wife of a Dagsboro Fire Department captain who broke the Port Penn fire chief’s nose, police say.

Cameo A. Blades, 28, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct because police said she ran across the field and “sucker punched’’ a man, court records show.

The victim, Port Penn Fire Chief Brad Speakman, said the punch broke his nose. Court records did not identify Speakman, but the chief confirmed in an interview he was the one who was punched.
