PHOENIX, Ariz. — What do you get a man who’s been there for you, entertained you with his stories, and shared his wisdom and love of aviation with you?
It was a dilemma facing a valley man until he came up with the perfect birthday gift for his Grandpa Charlie.
Grandfather Charlie turned 96 last Sunday. Phoenix firefighter Darrell Wiseman wanted to get him a special birthday gift, and after listening to grandpa Charlie’s stories over the years, he knew the sky was the limit.
