The Associated Press

PERRIS, Calif. — Authorities in Southern California have lowered the number of people hurt in a tour bus crash, saying all 25 people aboard the vehicle were injured.

The bus was carrying people from the town of Colton who had gone to a festival in San Diego and were returning home Saturday. It veered in a wall along Interstate 215.

Colton City Manager Daryl Parish told the Riverside Press-Enterprise that 25 people had been aboard the bus rather than the previously reported 28. The accident critically injured eight people.

The California Highway Patrol was still investigating Monday and gave no new information on the condition of the passengers.

The bus is owned by Inland Empire Stages. The company said the driver was released from a hospital, but gave no details.
