SAN DIEGO, Calif. — Two firefighters were injured after a fire truck overturned Tuesday morning during a training exercise.
NBC San Diego reported that fire crews were training around 9:40 a.m. off road in a field when the rig veered off a dirt road and crashed.
An ambulance crew took the injured firefighters, who were conscious and alert following the accident, to a hospital. Their conditions were not immediately available, though at least one of them appeared to have suffered only minor injuries, according to Fox 5 San Diego.
