PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. — Two volunteer firefighters suffered minor injuries after a fire truck tipped over from a collapsed sidewalk.
Crews were “wetting down rekindle” at a house fire when the sidewalk collapsed and caused the fire truck to tip over. Two firefighters were in the bucket of the truck’s tower when the collapse occurred, reported WJLA.
Both firefighters are expected to be treated and released from the hospital, according to DCW50.
