The Schulenburg (Texas) Volunteer Fire Department has taken delivery of a pumper/tanker from Boise Mobile Equipment. The apparatus, built on an International 4400 4 x 2 cab and chassis, features a 330-hp engine, an Allison EVS automatic transmission, air brakes, rescue-style compartments and ROM roll-up doors. Other equipment includes a Hale QFLO 1,250-gpm pump, a 750-gallon water tank, a Whelen LED NFPA 1901 lighting package, an aluminum fire truck body and a stainless-steel side pump panel.
