Q. What is my size and how do our shirts fit?
A. Our vintage crew t-shirts have a snug athletic fit. Our t-shirts can vary in the chest and in the length by an inch or so. If you are questioning your size, please go up one shirt size.
There are two methods to consider when measuring for perfect fit.
1. Take fabric tape measure and measure around the widest part of your chest. This is usually about 1” under your under arms. This is your chest size. Example, if your chest measures at 40”, size up to a large. This will give you a snug but comfortable fit.
2. Lay your favorite fitted shirt flat, face down, and loosely on table. Do not stretch fabric when measuring, this will throw measurements off. Measure underarm seam to underarm seam across the back. Take this size and double measurement. This is your chest size. Example: If your favorite t-shirt measures across at the chest 21”, double this to 42”. You would then order a Large t-shirt.

Q. How does the quality of INFERNO apparel shirts match to others?

Q. What is the best way to wash my shirt?
A. Wash on gentle cycle with COLD water.
Q. How should I dry my shirt?
A. Air Dry. If you are going to put the shirt in a dryer, tumble dry with low heat.
Q. Does any of INFERNO apparel proceeds go to charity?
A. A portion of our proceeds go to Oklahoma Firefighters Burn Camp.

Q. How do ou ship your orders and how long will it take?
A. Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service or UPS. Your order will usually ship within 2-3 business days. During the holidays, our processing time may increase due to US Postal Service backups.
Q. What if an item is out of stock?
A. It is a possibility that we may be out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not in stock will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items. Please check back as these items may come back in stock at a later time.
Q. Can I return an item?
A. Yes, our return policy is the most generous and straightforward policy you will ever find. Within 30 days of your purchase if you are unsatisfied for any reason, return your unworn item order and we will refund your money. INFERNO apparel values and appreciates your business and will do anything we can to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, & PayPal. Your credit card statement will show Inferno Designs LLC as the charge. With a PayPal account, you can choose to pay with your credit card, debit card, bank account, or PayPal account balance for any purchase you make. Even if you don’t have a PayPal account you can still pay for your order with a credit card, and will be processed by Paypal. Your credit card and bank numbers are never seen by the seller or merchant. Plus, you are 100% protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.
Q. Can I pay by check/money order?
A. Not at this time.
Q. Can I Order Over The Phone?
A. Unfortunately we cannot take phone orders at this time.
Q. Do I have to pay sales tax?
A. Currently we charge sales tax in Oklahoma.

A. No, we value our customers’ privacy and you will only be contacted by our company. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists.
