Polaris Government and Defense launched a line-up of equipment for law enforcement, fire and rescue personnel at FDIC 2018.
The side-by-side vehicles include:
- RANGER law enforcement units provide squad car-type capabilities in an off-road and urban mobility vehicle. It’s complete with sirens, horns, PA system and emergency lighting.
- RANGER firefighting units incorporate a capable pump, hose and reel, a combination tank for water, a compressed air foam suppression system and the ability to draft from a water source.
- RANGER rescue vehicles incorporate a rear attendant seat and stokes rescue basket.
The company is also providing a combination fire and rescue package, which includes the fire tank, equipment and stokes rescue basket.
