ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich. — The Rochester Hills Fire Department now has some high-tech tools at its disposal to assist with emergency calls, thanks to the donation of five iPads from Star-Batt Inc. agent Cheryl Warstler and owner Steve Stolaruk.
