LAKE COUNTY, S.D. — Lake County Firefighter Fred Fedeler, 67, died Saturday morning after suffering a medical emergency at the scene of a structure fire. He was a volunteer with the Chester Fire Department, KELO reported.
Emergency responders performed life-saving measures on Fedeler at the scene before he was transported to the Madison Hospital, where he died.
