PITTSFIELD TOWNSHIP, Mich. — Pittsfield Township firefighters gave a helping hand to some snowplow drivers so a man could make a dialysis appointment following the first major winter storm of 2015.
The Pittsfield Township Fire Department was called about 9:30 a.m. Feb. 2 to the Hamptons of Cloverlane on Hunt Club Drive, said Pittsfield Township Fire Chief Sean Gleason.
Gleason said a neighbor of the man called police out of concern for the man’s well-being, as the apartment parking lot had not been cleared.
