HOUSTON — A Houston firefighter was hurt after a sport utility vehicle driven by a former NFL player slammed into the back of a firetruck in southwest Houston, police said.
Crash scene investigators said the fire truck was stopped with its lights and sirens on around 2:00 a.m. Monday morning.
The firefighter was helping a disabled motorist, when the driver of a black Range Rover slammed into the back of the fire truck.
