A 2-alarm fire occurred at the Radisson Hotel in north Dallas this afternoon. The fire started in a suite on the 4th floor of the hotel. The sprinkler system within the hotel quickly extinguished the fire before firefighters arrived. The cause was due to an electrical short in an air conditioning unit within the involved hotel room. No injuries resulted from this incident.
