Va. firefighter struck by vehicle in critical condition

WILLIAMSBURG, Va. — A woman was charged in connection with a crash that sent a Pittsylvania County firefighter to the hospital, WSLS reported.
Valerie Gregg, 55, was charged with failure to stop at the scene of a crash and driving without a license on Saturday.
Hurt Volunteer Firefighter Thomas Page, who also serves with Gretna Fire & Rescue, was flown to a hospital in critical condition after being struck. Both departments have asked for thoughts and prayers.
