ALBUQUERQUE , N.M — A female firefighter who was the target of a hidden camera inside her firehouse is now suing.
KRQE reported that Former Capt. Aaron Adair pleaded no contest to voyeurism and tampering with evidence in 2010 after admitting to placing the camera inside the female firefighter’s private bathroom.
The woman is suing the department, county, Adair and others saying they helped fuel a sexually hostile work environment, according to the report. She claimed fellow firefighters constantly made jokes and sexual advances, according to the report.
She resigned from the department shortly after the camera incident as did Adair, according to the report.
