CHILLUM, Md. — Paramedic Engine 844 from Chillum assisted the Maryland Department of Natural Resources and Prince George’s County Police in safely removing a bear from a tree on the 8300 block of Tahona Drive.
Officials say the bear was successfully tranquilized and transported to a state wildlife management center for relocation. No injuries were reported during the operation.
