The Orange County Fire Authority said no first responders were injured in the strip mall blaze

GARDEN GROVE, Calif. — Two Orange County firefighters barely escaped a burning storefront and roof that collapsed suddenly Thursday, KABC reported.

More than 40 firefighters responded to the strip mall fire. OCFA said in a Facebook post that the Huntington Beach Fire Department and the Garden Grove Police Department assisted with the response.

No one was injured.
