MEET THE SPEAKERS:
Joel Mampilly is a Product Owner of the Fire & EMS Suite at Tyler Technologies, where he helps shape technology solutions designed to support the evolving needs of public safety agencies. He also brings firsthand field experience to his work as a current EMT in New York City, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges and realities faced by first responders.
David King is a Product Owner for Tyler Technologies’ Fire & EMS Suite, where he helps shape technology solutions that support the evolving needs of fire and emergency medical services agencies. Before joining Tyler, David served 26 years with the Chesapeake Fire Department, retiring as a Battalion Chief / Paramedic. His decades of firsthand fire service experience bring a practical, field-informed perspective to his work and his commitment to helping agencies leverage technology to improve operations, information sharing and service to their communities.
Dale Fahrney is a Client Success Manager at Tyler Technologies, bringing decades of public safety experience to his work supporting Tyler’s clients. Prior to joining Tyler, Dale served as Director of Client Success at Emergency Networking, which was acquired by Tyler Technologies. Dale’s career also includes extensive experience in the fire service. He served as a firefighter / paramedic with Miami Township, Ohio, and as a volunteer firefighter and EMT with Miamisburg, Ohio. He also served as Fire Marshal for Miami Township for more than a decade, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges fire and EMS agencies face every day.
