PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Firefighters in both Providence, R.I., and in New York are making a friendly bet over the Super Bowl.
If the Patriots win the Super Bowl, New York will send the Providence firefighters 25 T-shirts.
But if the Giants win, Providence will have to send 25 T-shirts to New York.
