FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Firefighters and paramedics rescued two kittens Thursday that got entangled in the chassis of a car.
ClickOrlando reported that when the firefighters arrived, they could hear the sounds of one of the cats coming from the engine area. They found the other one trapped in the undercarriage.
Both cats were returned unharmed to their owner, according to the report.
Fire officials told drviers to tap the hood of their cars before starting the motor so that any animal inside has a chance to escape.
