ARCADIA, Calif. — A group of Los Angeles firefighters working the Cabin Fire northeast of Pasadena rescued a tiny newborn kitten found in a bulldozer.

LAFD reports that after completing their construction of a dozer line Saturday night, members of the dozer team began their inspection of the heavy equipment.

In the process of their checks, the crews heard very faint animal screams. After searching the machines, a tiny kitten, just days old, was found in the belly-pan of one of the fire line dozers.
