WASHINGTON D.C. — A D.C. Fire and EMS firefighter was arrested and charged with assault after allegedly attacking a patient.
FOX 5 reported that Theodore Mobley, 26, was arguing with a female patient after transporting her to George Washington Hospital. The argument turned physical once inside.
The agency released a statement regarding the incident:
“While this incident reflects poorly on the D.C. Fire and EMS Department, it does not represent our committed members who are providing exceptional and compassionate pre-hospital care to the hundreds of patients who call us for help each and every day.”
