ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — Three people, including a firefighter, were taken to the hospital after a head-on collision Wednesday afternoon.
A car collided into a van and the van caught fire at Lake Underhill and Dean Roads around 2:47 p.m. in Orange County, according to Florida Highway Patrol. All lanes of Lake Underhill Road at Dean Road were blocked.
Two people were transported on trauma alert and one patient was transported on Advanced Life Support, according to Orange County Fire Rescue.
