NEW YORK — An FDNY fire truck was involved in a chain-reaction crash that sent seven people to the hospital.
NY1 reported that the fire truck was on its way to a call when it drove through an intersection with its lights and sirens on. The truck collided with a Lexus, which then collided into a Mercedes, according to police.
Seven people were transported to the hospital, including one child in serious condition. Five of them suffered minor injuries.
