BUFFALO, N.Y. — A firefighter is recovering Tuesday morning after a busy night for Buffalo’s bravest. Firefighters are calling two fires they responded to overnight “suspicious.”
The first fire took place on Shreck Avenue, around 3 a.m. Tuesday. A family of 11 is trying to put their house back together, after unconfirmed reports of a firebombing.
About a half hour later, fire sparked on Genesee Street, just about a mile away. It looks like the fire started in a garbage can and then spread. That fire is also being called arson.
