NEW YORK — Footage posted online Monday shows a fire spreading from an original structure to at least two others in New York City.
Fifteen firefighters and three residents were injured in the March 9 fire in the Bronx, according to Statter911.com.
Flames and smoke pour from the windows of the first structure as firefighters begin their attack, while it appears an adjacent building also has some smoke exiting a top window.
About three minutes into the video, firefighters extend a ladder to the second structure’s top story window.
Large amounts of smoke completely enshroud the firefighters at several points, reducing visibility.
By about 5:20 into the video, flames appear to exit the second structure around the midsection.
After around eight minutes, firefighters place a ladder at the third building, but it appears to be burning shortly after.
The man videotaping the incident identifies himself as a resident at the final home to catch fire.
