LEBANON, Ind. — Three men helped save a woman’s life after she crashed head-on into a semi Thursday afternoon.

The crash happened on US 32 near Lebanon in Boone County just after 12:30 p.m.

Police said the woman who was driving the car was swerving all over the road and speeding when her car hit the semi head-on.

The Boone County Sheriff’s Office said both vehicles started on fire.

Officers said the semi truck driver got out. He helped two off-duty firefighters, who stopped, pull the woman out of the sunroof of her car.

Both vehicles were destroyed by the fire.
