COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — A man underwent surgery early Monday morning after being stabbed in the parking lot of a west Colorado Springs shopping center.
The 23-year-old, whose name was not released, rode in a taxi with his mother to a fire station after being stabbed in the stomach at the Red Rock Canyon Shopping Center, 3113 Colorado Ave., according to Colorado Springs police.
His condition was not immediately available Monday.
The man was stabbed during a disturbance at about 12:45 a.m., police said. No arrests have been made.
