WATERLOO, Iowa — Firefighters transported a bleeding woman to the hospital after she crashed into their fire station Monday morning.
Officials said the woman was bleeding heavily, possibly from a recent medical procedure. Firefighters said the woman was pulling into the station when she lost consciousness and rolled into a closed bay door, reported KWWL.
Waterloo Fire Rescue paramedics quickly transported her to the hospital for treatment, reported the Courier.
Although the woman’s condition could not be confirmed, authorities said she was conscious and talking at the hospital.
