Servicing West Feliciana’s EMS, fire and police departments since February, the enhanced 9-1-1 system automatically presents 9-1-1 dispatchers with the caller’s name and address, as well as a map to the caller’s location. Delivering this key information to dispatchers within seconds enables emergency personnel quickly respond to callers’ critical needs.
