West Feliciana Parish in Louisiana Successfully Streamlines Emergency Services With Interact

ASHEVILLE, N.C. - InterAct Public Safety Systems, a supplier of public safety technology systems used by local, state, national and international government agencies, today announced that West Feliciana Parish, Louisiana, has successfully deployed InterAct’s 9-1-1 public safety communications system for its 9-1-1 center. Servicing West Feliciana’s EMS, fire and police departments since February, the enhanced 9-1-1 system automatically presents 9-1-1 dispatchers with the caller’s name and address, as well as a map to the caller’s location. Delivering this key information to dispatchers within seconds enables emergency personnel quickly respond to callers’ critical needs.
