New HART Rescue Tool Uses Powerful Stream to Safely Extricate Victims

The HART Rescue tool easily cuts through steel, aluminum, and other metals

Rogersville, TN - FireWater Rescue Tools has developed a new Rescue tool - the HART. It’s an abrasive water cutting tool that allows Rescue personnel to cut a vehicle from the inside out with a device the size of a pencil using only sand/water emitting in a 24,000 PSI stream. It cuts windshields, nadir pins, brake pedals, firewalls, etc. in minutes with complete safety to the victim - an entirely new way to extricate victims.

Without a need for electricity, this tool eliminates the danger of sparks which could ignite gasoline and other flammable liquids at the crash scene.Other benefits include:

• Small tip – connected via a 100' hose to a unit on the side of the Rescue truck – allows Rescue teams to work in a very small area in the vehicle
• High pressure stream can easily cut most metals in a vehicle quickly
• Stream is only good for about 3 inches to reduce risk
• Output of the tool is water and sand – very environmentally beneficial
• No electricity required
• 5 gallon water tank can run about 45 minutes without refilling HART

Firewater Rescue Tools is pleased to announce a presentation of the new HART tool on Monday, December 2, 2008, 1PM at the Hawkins County Rescue Squad Building, 955 E Mckinney Ave, Rogersville, TN. To RSVP, phone: 615-448-5510 or email david@fwrtools.com.

It’s all about saving lives. We have created a tool that can save more lives safer and easier than ever before. With HART, the time is cut in half and everything we need to operate is already on the truck. This system uses compressed air to accelerate water and sand fast enough to cut through steel! This is a simple system which only requires two people to operate: 1 person to regulate the pressure and 1 person to operate the cutter.
